Over the years, Kashif has garnered valuable experience in several esteemed organizations. Notably, as a Program Manager for Drugs & Narcotics Educational Services for Humanity (DANESH), he demonstrated exceptional leadership in implementing and improving internal control and monitoring systems to mitigate risks. His expertise in procurement and project management led to effective partnerships with donors, government entities, and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of Annual Work Plans and result-oriented programming.

Furthermore, Kashif has a notable history of working with international organizations. At the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), he exhibited financial acumen and contributed to performance assessment exercises for grants.
