Khudeeja Naeem is a dedicated and driven individual with a strong academic background in Economics and a passion for research and development. Currently pursuing a BS in Economics at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Khudeeja is making a significant impact in the professional world as a Research Officer at Consultivo, Pakistan.

Since joining Consultivo in October 2022, Khudeeja has proven to be an invaluable asset to the organization, spearheading various research projects with a focus on women entrepreneurs, urban poverty, and women’s financial services. Her ability to design and execute surveys has provided valuable insights into the challenges and experiences of women entrepreneurs across different industries. Through in-depth individual interviews, Khudeeja has gained a deep understanding of the key pain points faced by these entrepreneurs.

As part of her responsibilities, Khudeeja has developed a data analysis dashboard to measure the impact of the WE-Chapter’s initiatives. This dashboard allows for the collection, organization, and analysis of primary data, providing valuable metrics for decision-making and strategic planning.
